after the thing we went out for lunch at pizza hut. den sj and val start saying abt those after sec sch options like jc and poly thing. den they nvm talk to me sher and af. we complain to them la. den we are suppose to have this serious talk. but later we just end up laughing right? haha. ok.
den after that we went singapore poly for the open house. we went for a briefing talk in the convention centre. den got this goodie bag, inside got a reading light, sher was like so excited abt it! haha. kiddy.
after that we went to the various schools' booth to look at their exhibits. we went to all of them. first, got this girl from diploma of applied drama and psychology, den talk abt the course. it sound quite fun, but i am not at all interested in that thing. and i dunno why i actually put my email add for them to send me mails abt the course.
den later got this business school girl talk abt the business stuff. den she got wear braces, den i cannot really hear clearly what she talk abt.
after that is this design guy, den he ask if we interested in the courses. DEN, he said this funny thing: a chair can not be a chair. den sher was like, "a chair cannot be a chair, den wat is it?" sher misunderstood wat he said la. haha. den i said, "if not a chair, den wat? a table?" he said, "ya! can be a table!" haha. quite confusing. but i kind of understand la. i think he mean that a thing can not necessary be used for a particular purpose, can look at it at a diff perspective and it can be design into out things. something liddat i think.
den we went to eat ice cream. they quite generous? give cornetto. den we went for a bus tour thingy. reached the moberly block. quite cool leh. like other poly dun have that kind i think. it is a block for leisure stuff. den sher say she saw this rockstar like person that got cool hair! haha. den we went to look at all the diff kind of rooms. got room for karaoke, jamming, dance, meeting, computer games like warcraft, study, cafe, pool, still got this place that can watch tv, play games de.
den we went back the convention centre for the exhibits again. sher wan ask abt banking, and how much they earn. lol. and we took another ice cream to eat! was quite full after the second one, but me and aifang was like wan the blue one. if we take again, den will be the third ice cream. lol. but we nvr la. cos if eat den will become so sick though we can still handle another cone. lol.
after that den nth special le. quite boring. but overall the open house is like quite good. i think. cos got exposed to quite a lot of diff kinds of courses lo.
