all of you please understand that we tried our very best to bring harmony in a group. perhaps the way we communicate isn't right, we just end up in such a mess. however, we did our work, we put in the best we can. but no one sees it. maybe just a few of you, but definitely not those that understand us better. don't listen to one side of the story and judge us by that.
though the way i do things make it as if it is very stressful, and most of you think that i am trying to control the group and rush the work even when it is not even near the deadline, that's because no one is taking the initiative and i definitely do not want to do very last minute work = risk. would you want to do the work slowly and more relaxing in one week or feel super stressful for the very last day before the deadline? i don't know your answer, but mine definitely goes to the former. however i am sure, all of us are doing the latter. that's why getting work done sooner the better makes us feel safer too.
my messages:
#1: you are lucky to get such a group. so don't try to judge us by what you see on the surface. you didn't understand the whole story. if you were to do so, you will understand how we feel. don't always think that we are the ones that didn't contribute or that we brought all these conflicts and unhappiness.
#2: i know that certain things are more important to you but for us, school work is the most important, so please understand.
